I’ve never run before. Is Runsy for total beginners?
Yes. The couch to 5K plan starts with a walk-run mix and ramps slowly so you finish without getting hurt. The coach watches your pace and recovery and pulls back if you push too hard.
What if I get injured or miss a week?
Runsy rebuilds the rest of your plan when life gets in the way. Skip three days, tweak a hamstring, fly to a different time zone — tell the coach and tomorrow’s run is already adjusted.
Does it work with my Apple Watch and Garmin?
Runsy syncs with Apple Health (pace, heart rate, VO₂, mileage), which covers Apple Watch out of the box and most Garmin watches via the Garmin Connect → Apple Health bridge.
How much does it cost?
Runsy Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial. Pricing is shown in the App Store before you start the trial. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
Can it coach me for a marathon or half marathon?
Yes. Runsy builds 12-, 16-, and 20-week marathon training plans and shorter cycles for the half. Long runs, tempo work, recovery weeks, and race-day fueling are baked in.
Is it iPhone-only?
For now, yes — Runsy is built natively for iPhone (iOS 17+) so it can lean on Apple Health and the Apple Watch directly. Android is on the roadmap.
